One product across every washable surface in the building. Kitchen grease is organic, so the microbes break it down where it sits instead of pushing it into the drain.

Very little. One to two capfuls in a bucket of water, more where the soil is heavy, then mop, cloth or sponge as usual. Most surfaces do not need rinsing afterwards.
What does change is everything around the product. Both are water-based, non-flammable and classed as non-hazardous under Malaysian GHS, so the segregated store, the chemical gloves and the handling briefing all stop being necessary.
